I am a Principal Quality Engineer and Team Leader,based in Australia, with more than decade of IT experience across payments, financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, transport, airline, retail and FMCG domains. My core competencies are Test Management, People Management, Test Automation(Web, Mobile, Desktop and API), CI/CD, and Cloud.

I offer:A track record of test management, leading people and improving staff performance, including coaching, mentoring and improving the prioritisation of tasks at Tyro Payments, through to experience in staff mentoring, upskilling and improving staff retention rates at Afterpay and Till Payments.

I have successfully led changes and delivered strategic roadmaps that have increased automation coverage across different test levels, improved quality, reduced the number of production incidents and ensured faster releases to production.

I bring advanced technical knowledge in testing methodologies, including authoring articles, delivering training, speaking at conferences and winning awards for technical excellence.
