I am a Principal Quality Engineer, Team Leader, Quality Transformation Lead, and Test Automation Architect, based in Australia, with more than a decade of IT experience across payments, financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, transport, airline, retail and FMCG domains. My core competencies are Test Management, People Management, Test Automation(Web, Mobile, Desktop and API), CI/CD, Cloud, Agentic AI, LangGraph, and AI DLC.

I bring a strong track record of test management, leadership, and team development, with hands-on experience in coaching, mentoring, and driving quality transformation across large-scale digital platforms. I am also applying AI-enabled engineering practices to modernise quality, automation, and delivery workflows through Agentic AI, LangGraph-based orchestration, and AI DLC initiatives.

I have successfully led changes and delivered strategic roadmaps that have increased automation coverage across different test levels, improved quality, reduced the number of production incidents and ensured faster releases to production.
